SmartShip
SmartShip offers a convenient way to ensure you never run out of your favorite products. TréSkin offers a 10% discount on all future repeat SmartShip orders. Customers enrolling in SmartShip may edit, pause, or cancel their SmartShip at any time, prior to their order processing.

Product Delivery Policy
Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed, fulfilled and shipped. All orders are then delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) and a tracking number is provided for your convenience in an email upon shipment. The tracking number will let you know when your order will be delivered and you can watch it's progress. Enjoy a flat rate shipping cost of only $7.99!

TréSkin is responsible for ensuring delivery of your order to your shipping address of record as displayed on your order invoice. Once delivered, your package is verified as delivered via a USPS tracking number. You may locate your order tracking number in your account, under order history. If after delivery, your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, it will be your personal responsibility to file a claim with your local post office. TréSkin is not responsible for packages once verified as delivered via the tracking number.  

Product Refund & Return Policy
We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your product purchases. Should within 30 days of purchase date, you desire to return your product(s), please follow these guidelines:

Product(s) must be packaged and taken to your local Post Office where you must purchase a shipping label with a tracking number.

Please include a note with your name and reason for return inside your package.

Email: customerservice@treskin.com and let us know that you are sending a return. Include your name, the tracking number and reason for return.

Once we receive your package at our fulfillment center, a credit will be applied to your payment method on file, minus the original shipping cost plus a 10% restocking and handling fee.

Packages that are marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused” will not be accepted. Return your package to our Corporate Office:

Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected either on-line through the TréSkin website, or via an in-person transaction, shall be used by TréSkin to notify you of transaction related information and/or TréSkin related offers. TréSkin will not share or release information to any non-vendor third party companies.

By the user ordering through the TréSkin website, they give their permission to receive emails, texts, and telephone broadcasts to receive promotional messages. They will also be able to opt out of these messages.

Compliance Policy
It is very important that NO MEDICAL CLAIMS OR DIAGNOSES (heals, helps and/or cures diseases/medical conditions of any kind, etc.) are made by Share & Earn Partners and/or Customers, who are sharing TréSkin Products.

When transacting business with TréSkin, it is important to know that your information is protected. Our data systems use an encrypted, third-party data security service to ensure your transactions remain secure. Server access to our corporate systems is restricted to network personnel only.
