DREAM is our 1mg melatonin lozenge. Melatonin is a naturally-occurring hormone in your body that helps you to sleep. It plays an important role in helping to set your sleep/wake cycle.
The production and release of melatonin in the brain is connected to the time of day, increasing when it’s dark and decreasing when it’s light. As you age, melatonin production declines making it more difficult to get the rest you need on a nightly basis. When you have a more restful sleep, fatigue may also go to the wayside.
DREAM provides:
CONTAINS NO artificial colors, flavors or preservatives; no wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, crustacean shellfish or fish.
Adults, dissolve (1) tablet in your mouth 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Each tablet provides 1mg of melatonin.
