Product Refund & Return Policy
We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your product purchases. Should within 30 days of purchase date, you desire to return your product(s), please follow these guidelines:
Product(s) must be packaged and taken to your local Post Office where you must purchase a shipping label with a tracking number.
Please include a note with your name and reason for return inside your package.
Email: customerservice@treskin.com and let us know that you are sending a return. Include your name, the tracking number and reason for return.
Once we receive your package at our fulfillment center, a credit will be applied to your payment method on file, minus the original shipping cost plus a 10% restocking and handling fee.
Packages that are marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused” will not be accepted. Return your package to our Corporate Office:
